The fact he's chinese digs my curiosty a lot, being the only chinese in a 13-korean guy group does makes everyone curios right?

what makes him in there? is he half-korean or mix korean? he can't be fully chinese, u gotta be kidding me. he looks like a korean at first glance

ALL these thoughts were running in my mind when i first discovered super junior & hangeng.

When i knew what he had been through, i feel that he's the strongest person i ever knew
To go to a foreign country knowing nothing about them, without a single penny , & he has to start everything from the bottom is not something everyone could do. to be away from his family for 5 yrs, must hv cause him a lot of pain. i cant even imagine being away from my home for a day LOL

fighting for his own dreams alone in korea;
struggling with the language ;
being away from his family & friends for 3-4 yrs;
& just when he thought he can finally be on stage with the members for their debut;
his foreign status & visa became a problem ;
he was only allowed to sign up to 3 tv stations so his chance to perform was very limited.

"At that time I was the first foreign artist to be in Korea, the first one to debut, so the company had no idea what to do.
That time I was getting ready to perform, and then the company told me that after today, I can no longer perform in Korea.
When I heard it, I cried, thinking that they want to ban me when I just started.
I was crying really bad at the time.
Because Super Junior is a whole, missing one person can mess up the order of everything.
So in order to not affect the whole group's performance, I thought of an idea to wear a mask to perform.
I talked with the manager and asked if I can wear a mask or else the whole group's choreography would be messed up.
That day I wore a mask and a hat, and danced with the rest of the members."

can you imagine how much pain that must cause him?what stunned me is that he's the one who suggested that.a decision that will hurt himself,but still he go for it.
when i read about that, i was like, "WHY GENG!? HOW COME THERE'S SUCHA PABO(FOOL)
TO DO THIS TO HIMSELF!? WHY GO ON WHEN EVERYONE DOESN'T APPROVE YOU!?
gosh if im him i'll just give the damn up. "
but hey.. to think about it, its bcuz he's HANGENG. THE ONE & ONLY HANGENG.
ALSO THE REAL STUPIDEST PABO WITH THE MOST INNOCENT HEART THAT IS AS STRONG AS METAL , UNBREAKABLE HANGENG.

im glad he's the best foreigner entertainer in korea right now. despite how much antis he used to hv when they 1st debut & how korean fans are unable to accept him.

im really happy at the fact you managed to get along with the members.
because i was afraid you'll be lonely, but i was wrong, the members were so considerate & kind. im sure they took good care of you especially hee chul xD
